Prize Draw for a £400 Gift Card for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
1. Promoter The promoter is Acorah Software Products Ltd of Mulberry Business Park, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2GY. ("the Promoter").
2. The Prize 2.1 There is one (1) prize available: a £400 Gift Card for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants provided via https://gifts.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/ ("the Prize"). 2.2 The Prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 2.3 The Prize is non-transferable.
3. Eligibility 3.1 The prize draw ("the Draw") is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of [Company Name] (and their close relatives) and anyone else professionally connected with the Draw. 3.2 By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. How to Enter 4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 4.2 To enter, submit your details via The Accountant's Voice Survey : 4.3 Entries must be received by Acorah Software Products Ltd no later than 7th October 2026. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. 4.4 Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 4.5 Entries must be made directly by the person entering. Entries made in bulk, by third parties, or via automated means will be void. 4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not successfully submitted due to technical failure or otherwise.
5. Winner Selection 5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date, using a random number generator. 5.2 The Draw will take place on or around 14th October 2026 and is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. 5.3 The winner will be notified by [email/phone, as provided at entry] within 7 days of the Draw taking place. 5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. 5.5 The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize Delivery 6.1 The Prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address within 7 days of confirmation of winner details. 6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to receive the Prize due to incorrect contact details provided by the winner, or for issues caused by the winner's email provider.
7. Data Protection 7.1 Personal data provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering this Draw, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy . 7.2 By entering, participants agree that, if they are the winner, their name may be used by the Promoter for the purpose of announcing the winner (e.g. on the Promoter's website or social media), unless they notify the Promoter otherwise at the time of entry. 7.3 Entrants' data will not be used for marketing purposes unless they have separately opted in to receive such communications.
8. General 8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Draw or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions, or who is found to be acting fraudulently or in a manner that is not in keeping with the spirit of the Draw. 8.3 The Promoter's liability is limited to the value of the Prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 8.4 This Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon. 8.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
